Abstract

The study was carried out on the basis of the results of the training program for inclusive volunteers to participate in joint events held by the Southern Dragon Sports Complex. The subject of the research is the humanitarian strategy of corporate cooperation in inclusive volunteering. The purpose of the study was to identify the humanitarian potential of volunteering practices in inclusive programs for the participation of normotypical people and persons with disabilities and disabilities. A group of general theoretical methods and methods of sociological research were used in the work. The conceptualization of the concepts of "volunteering" and "volunteering" has become the methodological basis for the development of the provisions of the humanitarian strategy for corporate cooperation. On the basis of the humanitarian reception of the pedagogical practice of teaching volunteers, the results and conclusions were obtained about the formation of a stable motivation of participants to jointly overcome life difficulties that arise on the way of socialization and adaptation of persons with disabilities and disabilities. The practical part of the study consisted in conducting a sociological study using the method of a questionnaire survey and a standardized interview, which confirmed the hypothesis about the dependence of the qualitative self-esteem of volunteers on their quantitative participation in volunteer programs, as well as about the positive dynamics in the formation of an active life position of persons with disabilities and disabilities with their regular participation in joint activities. Based on the processing of the data obtained during the observation and sociological survey, conclusions and recommendations were formulated for further planning of inclusive programs carried out at the initiative of the Southern Dragon Insurance Company. Scope of application of the results: it is intended for researchers studying the problems of volunteering and volunteering, inclusive participation, inclusive education, as well as for practicing psychologists and teachers, social workers who provide support to persons with disabilities and disabilities. The novelty of the findings is determined by the conceptualization of
the concept of volunteering as a humanitarian strategy for corporate cooperation between public organizations, business representatives and official authorities, united within the framework of joint participation of ongoing activities aimed at the formation of a stable positive life position of persons with disabilities and disabilities. What is new is the data obtained from a sociological study on the attitude of participants in inclusive
programs to volunteering and volunteering, humanistic motivation and understanding of the socially significant goal of full inclusion of persons with disabilities and disabilities in the life of society.
